The teams we are creating are those who are passionate about working with children, keen to learn more and to share that learning. 
In a sector where ‘nursery nurses and nursery nursing’ has been undervalued for so long, we are keen to embrace the real values of childcare and early years:

• respect and honesty, 
• the desire to work ‘with’ and not ‘for’,
• an understanding of the needs of developing children and their parents and carers,
• the knowledge that all children have special needs – some more than others,
• a desire to understand the values of children learning not being taught

We aim to maintain a wide range of both age and experience and our teams reflect both.  And while more than 70% of our staff members hold a relevant qualification we also value that ‘sparkle’ that comes from within that means that all of our staff really do care.

We are constantly building our teams and aiming to improve in every way.
